Miles D. Bohac, 54, of Kimball, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, February 5, 2009. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 12, 2009 at the Trinity United Methodist Church in Kimball with Reverend Roger Gillming officiating. At the families request, everyone is asked to wear casual dress. Cremation will be held following the service. There will be no visitation. Memorials have been established to the Family. Cantrell Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.Miles DeWayne Bohac was born in Kimball on February 1, 1955, the son of John and Verla (Sharp) Bohac. He attended the Kimball High School and graduated in 1974. He enlisted in the United States Army and honorably served his country.  He moved to Lincoln and attended the University for a year.  He moved back to Kimball and worked in the oil fields. Miles was married to Ginnie Siegel in Scottsbluff on December 20, 1983. In 1994 he opened Milo and Sons Plumbing which he owned and operated until the time of his death. Miles loved the outdoor life and enjoyed spending time at the lake and being in the mountains.  He loved spending time with family and friends and especially loved his grandchildren. One of his best friends was his chocolate lab, Bojengels, better know by Miles as Hound Dog. Miles always enjoyed a good laugh.Survivors include his wife Ginnie of Kimball; mother Verla Bohac, sons Lucan (Ashley) Bohac of Yorktown, VA., Nathan (Tammy) Bohac of Newport News, VA; daughter Ulanda (Darius) Afraid-Of-Hawk of Lincoln, NE; brothers John Bohac II  and Ed Bohac both of Kimball and Tom (Kim) Bohac of Oregon; sisters Marilyn Miner of Bridgeport, NE., Ellen (Jim) Wright of Hyannis, NE., Eileen (Earl) Rowley of Dix, NE and Johnadeen (Bruce) Petersen of North Platte, NE; grandchildren Kyan, Nathan Jr., Deja’, Eddie, Madyson and Naima Bohac; numerous nieces and nephews; former daughter-in-laws Nawana Waller and Rashetta Bohac both of Virginia. His parents and grandparents preceded him in death.
