Our beloved Logan was taken from this life on April 20, 2009, but his curious, musical, generous and loving spirit lives on in each of us.Logan’s memory will be forever cherished by his parents, Larry and Susan (Steele) Sisson of Longmont; sister, Lennie Sisson of Firestone; grandparents, Harold and Doris Steele of Potter, Nebraska, and Marge Sisson of Longmont; aunts and uncles, Steve and Amy Sisson of Firestone, Vicki and Richard Martin of Lakewood, Jerry and Jeanne Steele of Potter, Nebraska, Jennifer and Ric Cook of Lawrence, Kansas, and Tom and Ina Steele of Hartselle, Alabama; nephew, John Groves; and a host of cousins, extended family and friends.  He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Bob Sisson, and a cousin, Brian Steele.Logan Cameron Steele Sisson was born September 18, 1989, in West Palm Beach, Florida.  He grew up in Longmont and attended Heritage Middle School and Skyline High School.  There he participated in track and band.  He was a naturally talented musician who spent hours composing music on his keyboard, and playing other instruments such as clarinet, percussion, bass guitar and the bassoon.Generous and big-hearted, Logan reached out to friends and strangers in need, always giving of himself in any way he could.  His friendly smile, exuberance and passion will be greatly missed.Visitation was held  on Friday, April 24, 2009 at Howe Mortuary, 439 Coffman St., Longmont. Funeral services were at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 25, at the Howe Mortuary Chapel. Cremation followed.Memorial donations may be made to HOPE (Homeless Outreach Providing Encouragement), P.O.
