Pauline Marie “Pat” Clements, 85, of Kimball died at the Kimball Health Services in Kimball on Tuesday, April 17, 2012. Cremation has taken place.  No services are scheduled at this time. Funeral arrangements for Pat have been entrusted to Cantrell Funeral Home.

Pat Clements was born on April 1, 1927 in Kimball to John Charles Davies and Marie Grace (Russell) Davies. She attended school in Kimball and graduated from Kimball High School in 1945. She obtained her nursing degree from St. Luke’s in Denver Colorado. Pat worked as a nurse in Seattle, Washington, where she met and married Dr. Randolph Clements. They both worked in the medical field in Galveston, Texas, and then in Selma, Alabama. They moved back to Seattle where Pat worked until her retirement in 1995. She moved to Kimball in 2007. She loved spending time with her family and friends and enjoyed reading and traveling. She also loved to shop.

She is survived by her daughter, Carole (Tony) Clements-Pings of Fresno, California; brother John (Lola) Davies of Santa Teresa, New Mexico; sisters, Mary Rhoads of Indianapolis, Indiana, and Pat (Jim) O’Brien of Kimball, and grandchildren Adam and Rebecca Pings.

She was preceded in death by her husband, one son, brother Robert and sister Carole.
